The audience was a group of one hundred 8th to 10th graders who were stressed because of the "expectations" and "the crazy amount of studying and preparation". They want the quality of their lives to be enhanced, not diminished.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:small;"&gt;And for those who are in the work place -- it's important to put your best foot forward and increase clarity, focus, comprehension, productivity, creativity, and vitality. When all of that is happening you will be memorable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:small;"&gt;Here are several easy-to-do and easy-to-remember energy movements that will help you improve your memory and all the rest. You will be connecting with energy balance areas to "remind your body" to find balance and harmony. Are your desires and goals being met?  Are you displaying what you want to receive?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;We literally draw to us what we are showing, whether that be frustration and anxiety OR whether it be “living in a trance” OR whether it be exuding a sense of security and joy and abundance. “Showing” can be what our body posture says, what our facial expression reveals, and what our energy system manifests.  Our energy needs to be in movement and we need to consistently remind our bodies to be in flow rather than to be stuck.  Being stuck creates a body that is in reaction instead of creating what we want.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;A really great thing to do is to consistently remind your body to be in alignment with what you want to receive – hold upper arms by folding arms across your chest and then shift your fingers so you’re holding the outside edges of your shoulder blades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;You can manifest what you want to receive by changing your perspective, by balancing your energy, by BEING what you want to have in your life, and by being in joy.  You can become a magnet for all that you desire and whatever makes your life meaningful. I had half a dozen things I was trying to do at the same time with all of those stacks – copying, filing, shredding, sending emails, paying bills and creating more stacks. I thought I was doing great and I was in major accomplishment mode. And then, my daughter walks into the room and exclaims, “Mom, don’t you smell the smoke?!”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was so involved with everything that I wasn’t listening, much less smelling, what was going on. I had just kept on filling the shredder, not listening to the motor slowing down or smelling the smoke. I hadn’t realized that it was full and the paper was going backwards, jamming up the blades. It took us over an hour to pull the shredded paper out of the blades. Luckily, I hadn’t burned up the motor, though it appeared as if I had tried really hard to do so!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the message in the experience? Slow down, be aware and listen to what is going on around you so YOU don’t try to burn up your own motor! The same message can be used when we consider our bodies. If you are totally aware of how your body feels and listening to the messages it is giving you, you can walk around in a body that is healthier, stronger and more vital.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, before smoke comes out of YOUR ears and before you burn up YOUR motor, spend time each day balancing your energy and you will be able to let go of effort, struggle, and stress and make life easier by having more vitality and enthusiasm in your day. It's a given...summer is a season full of activity.  Gardening (my love!), hiking, bicycling, lots of projects to get done.  So, do the Daily Clean Your House Flow.  And, during your activity, take an occasional break and do a couple of the steps.  It will "remind" your body to stay in balance, to not create the blocks of energy. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;And, if we end up having aches and pains......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Whether we're aching from over-doing or from actual injury or from chronic conditions (arthritis, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, etc.), the body is reacting to inflammation.  Actually, a little inflammation can be good for your body...it can help it heal because it is bringing increased blood flow to the specific area.  But when there is constant inflammation, the tissues are not able to repair themselves. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Where there's heat, there is also an accumulation of toxin.  It is important to cool the area down and at the same time, release the toxin.  Apply ice packs for short periods of time (10 minutes).  Consider a homeopathic anti-inflammatory. It's possible to aid your immune, endocrine and adrenal systems so that they can become stronger. Balancing your energy by placing your fingertips on designated energy points can strengthen those systems by releasing accumulated blocked energy. This gives your body a firm foundation and the help it needs to function in a state of wellness. When your body is in energetic balance, it will not hold on to blocked energy which is what creates symptoms and health "projects".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The following "energy movement" will help your body defend itself against colds and flu. It is especially helpful for relief from a sore throat. It will also help if your chest feels congested:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.
